Our goal at Special Moments is to provide the ultimate level of service to our clients while making the planning process fun and enjoyable. No matter your vision, venue or budget, our job is to help you reflect the style and sentiment of your day and help you have a good time while doing it.

Our clients have described us as being very organized and on-task but in the same breath they’ll usually also remark on us not being what they expected; that we don’t fit the stereotypical, high-strung mold that seems to come with the job title. We always try to maintain just the right mix of professionalism and expertise, while doing our best to be supportive, flexible and up-beat.

It’s important to us that our clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their planning process. It’s our job to guide and take the worries and concerns away, not dictate or control things. We want our couples to know that they set the tone, it’s their day and it should be their way.

Tammy:  I offer a fresh approach and a “can do” attitude along with a great deal of passion for planning events. I know that every event, big and small needs a planner and my goal is for you to remember walking down the aisle and entering your reception and just enjoying the moment. I pride myself in offering personalized service and an emotional refuge for anything that arises accented with a smile. I love arising to the challenge of making things happen no matter where you want your event or what your budget is. My approach of good listening, creative ideas, careful and thorough planning, will exceed your expectations when it comes to the finished product.

I am a Proud and Active member of the highly accredited Association of Bridal Consultants and hold the title of Accredited Bridal Consultant with the Association ( one of less then 15 in Florida with the same title)…and a Distinguished Graduate from their educational program. Serve as a Co-director for the Association of Bridal Consultants Central Florida West –LocalNetworking Group and the Tampa Tour Coordinator for Brides Against Breast Cancer.

Krissy: I think the real reason why I fell in love with weddings & events, is because to truly see the  happiness in others, when we fulfill their dreams and/or visions can’t be described in words. I am what you would consider the creative side behind Special Moments. Planning weddings and events really brought out my true love for designing. I will stay up till all hours of the night designing tablescapes, invitations, or even your reception room décor. In my eyes every bride deserves to have the wedding of their dreams and I want to be the one to help make that happen. I put my heart and soul into every event I work on, whether they have little money or all the money in the world. I want all of our clients walking away, knowing, that their event was a “Special Moment”
