Purple and Red Winter Wedding Clearwater Rec Center

Madeline and Shaun’s Wedding was all about purple and red color combinations. Their wedding was on December 3rd, 2011 at the Clearwater Beach Rec Center. Madeline even changed her white heels to purple heels to match her grooms purple argyle socks. The reception was beautiful with red carnations as the centerpiece provided by Johnathan’s Flowers. Also they had a delicious buffet dinner provided by Delectable’s Catering. Once Jeff, from SG Mobile DJ Services started cranking up the music the party was non stop! I have received some stunning photos of the big day from Nickole from Wings of Glory Photography. Special Moments was so glad to be included in your special day! It was a pleasure working with Madeline and Shaun to help make their wedding a dream come true!

Clearwater Beach Rec Center Wedding Reception

Stefanie and Gary came to us around Christmas time looking for a “Day of” Planner for their wedding and reception. Stefanie and Gary along with Mother of the Bride ( Beth) will contest that they were glad they had hired Special Moments for their wedding day.

Tammy and Krissy were the absolute best at their job! Available, professional, take-charge, organized, great with the other vendors and totally necessary to survive the wedding day We had a beautiful wedding and reception that went off without a hitch thanks in large part to them. My husband and I were able to enjoy the surroundings, our guests and the frivolity and not even concern ourselves with the inner workings of the event. Tammy and Krissy were key to the success of the day and we thank them graciously. We would recommend them to all our friends who have daughters or sons that will someday plan a wedding. Now for the details of the event. Stefanie and Gary were married on June 6th, 2009 at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church in Clearwater at 2:30pm. The cocktail hour began at the Clearwater Rec. Center at 5:00pm. Yes, there was a gap between the ceremony and reception and it did work! The time in between was spent with the Trolley they rented taking the Wedding Party and Family to the beach for pictures. When the cocktail hour started they were done with pictures and able to enjoy the cocktail hour with their guests, plus have great pictures in a totally relaxed no time limit atmosphere… After formal introductions, Stefanie and Gary wowed the guests with a choreographed First Dance that left everybody chatting about it all night. Next was dinner, Amici’s put a great buffet for all of the guests to enjoy. After finishing up dinner, Father/Daughter & Mother/Son dances and toasts…. The Dance floor opened and the Chocolate Fountain and desserts opened also. The party was scheduled to end at 11:00pm, but the party was still going until 1:00am!!
