Jennifer and Joseph were planning their own wedding and reception until about 2 weeks before the wedding. They realized they were getting in over their heads with details and logistics among having over 120 guests attending their wedding. They reached out to Special Moments to help finish up the details and pull together all the loose ends, so they could relax and enjoy the wedding week and festivities. Jennifer and Joseph were married on May 23rd, 2009 at the St. Judes Chapel at 4:00pm in the afternoon. The chapel was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers on the pews along with tall stunning arrangements on both sides of the altar and beautiful fresh wreaths on the doors to the chapel by Brian from Redman Steele Floral Design Studios. After a beautiful ceremony, the guests then traveled to the Holiday Inn Harbourside in Indian Rocks Beach for cocktails and dinner. The cocktail hour was on the outside patio overlooking the lake. The dinner and dancing was held inside the KeyWest room which was decorated in golds with accents of white and greens. After a wonderful plated dinner, the guests danced the night away to a variety of music styles and rythmns… When the towncar arrived to drive Jennifer and Joseph to the Ritz Carlton in sarasota for their brief honeymoon weekend, the guests showered them with rose petals, kisses and good luck wishes…..The pictures below are some of pictures we were able to capture for you of the decor and set-ups. We are looking forward to receiving the professional photos from the photographers to share with you of this amazing event. We fondly call this our Wedding in a Week! We were hired the Monday of the wedding week and were able to help facilitate and finalize the missing pieces…. Barefoot Beach Resort Wedding & Reception
Andrea and Brandon were married on April 25th, 2009 in Indian Shores. Andrea and Brandon chose the Barefoot Beach Resort in Florida for their destination wedding. The ceremony was held on the beach with the Bride and Groom saying their vows and after the kiss, riding off on a Harley Davidson for a ride down the beach. The guests moved to the pool for the poolside reception. Andrea and Brandon chose food stations for the guests of a Seafood bar, Mexican Bar with make your own fajita’s and a gourmet cheese and fruit station supplied by Delectable’s Fine Catering. The guests enjoyed the sunset sipping cocktails and dancing to the music of Frank Lebano and company. We had suggested umbrellas to give shade cover around the pool since all 60 of the guests came from out of town. It made for a great time and kept the guests from getting to sunburned. Indian Rocks Beach Wedding -November 22nd, 2008
Special Moments was hired to assist Diane and Frank with their Beach wedding on November 22nd, 2008. The wedding was moved to the Holiday Inn Harbourside in Indian Rocks beach on Friday November 21st , when Diane and Frank realized it was going to be quite windy and chilly for their beach wedding and they were concerned for their guests comfort. Elizabeth was a great help in offering space on the grass by the pool for Diane and Frank to have their wedding waterside. The reception was being held in the Hemingway Room at the resort also. The ceremony was performed by David Bishop of Loving Unity with music, decor, personalized water bottles, sand ceremony supplies and the arch supplied by Special Moments. The programs were designed by one of Diane’s Friends and Diane’s daughters read a poem during the ceremony to add a personalized touch. We have included several pictures for you below of the ceremony decor that Diane and Frank chose for their intimate waterside ceremony for close family and friends.Thank you Diane and Frank for asking us to assist with your Special Day!

There are many beautiful ceremony sites here on property. There are no additional fees associated with choosing to use any location on site for a ceremony and are welcome and encouraged to do so.
